SHIPPING & HANDLING
These are the estimated delivery times as provided by the United State Postal Service. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

USPS First Class Mail (Intl.) 7-10 Days*
*Shipping times are approximate and vary due to local customs processes. USPS shipping times may be effected during the Holiday season.
Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. When your order has shipped, Wink Wink will send out a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Please allow 6-8 days for domestic and 10-13 for international orders to be processed and shipped.
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:
- Check other entrances, with your neighbors, or at a front desk (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
- Reach out to your local post office facility.
- Contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. While we are not responsible for items lost by the Post Office or stolen items, we may be able to provide you with more information.
We kindly ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 10 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has left the US, your USPS tracking number will no longer work, and we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
Please note, Wink Wink Paper Co. is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
Can I return it?
Orders may be returned so long as:
- The order is unused and in its original packaging
- The order is returned within 15 days of receipt
- The order was not purchased on final sale
Everything is packed with the utmost care to assure a safe arrival, but in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please reach out to arrange a replacement.
Personalized or custom items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a refund.
We are a very small team, but we promise to do everything that we can to provide the shopping experience that you would expect from a much larger company. While we cannot be available 24/7 for customer service inquiries, we do our best to address your questions and concerns right away. We do very much appreciate your patience and support during our time of growth.
