Q. wHERE ARE YOUR PAPER GOODS PRINTED?

A. Our gold foil stamped paper products are manufactured in Nashville, TN while our standard paper goods are printed in Pelham, AL. We use high-quality, 110 lb. Smooth Ultra White card stock for all of our paper goods.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

A. Orders are shipped within three (3) business days from the date you place your order. Please allow extra time for shipping during Covid and/or the Holiday season. For approximate shipping times by destination, please see our Shipping & Policies page. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Orders will appear as unfulfilled until you receive a tracking number.

Please note, during the holiday season or during extended shop closures, processing and shipping may take longer than three (3) days. (Girl's gotta have a vacation every once in a while!)

Q. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT?

A. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Q. DO YOU OFFER FRAMING OPTIONS?

A. At this time, we do not offer framing options. But we highly recommend Framebridge!

Q. Do you do custom design projects?

A. Wink Wink Paper Co. is currently accepting a limited amount of custom design projects per year, including wedding invitation suites, logo + branding projects, editorial work, album cover design, posters, merchandise, illustration, etc. Please feel free to check out my portfolio and reach out to me there!

A. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

A. We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order, if necessary. Q. what if THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

A. While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to email us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email of the date when the item is expected back in stock.

Q. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGE. WHAT DO I DO?

A. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in arranging an exchange or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.
