HOW TO ORDER

**IMPORTANT: Priced in increments of 10 printed cards w/ envelopes. Please select the number of printed cards you need, and leave “Quantity” set to 1 if you’re only ordering one custom design.

1. Choose the number of cards you’d like, and add to cart, leaving “Quantity” set to 1.

2. Fill out the pop-up form that appears, where you’ll be asked some details about your family members, color preferences, and top-of-card message. Up to 6 subjects (including pets!) are included in your pricing.

3. Holley will be in touch shortly to collect reference photos and chat about your custom project!

TURNAROUND TIME

• Illustration and design of your custom card is estimated to be complete within 1 week of receiving your order. Please be available for consultation during this time, and make sure to check your spam folder for communications from us. You’ll be provided one sketch and one final design to approve.

• Production, packaging, and shipping will take an estimated additional 1-2 weeks after your design is finalized.

• Due to the nature of custom work, I can only accept a finite number of custom orders this season, and this service will close when I feel I reach a manageable number.

• In order to guarantee delivery by mid-December, please place your custom order by the first week of December. I am happy to accept late orders if you don’t mind getting your cards out a little late this year, but please keep in mind that I can’t guarantee delivery by Christmas if you order after Dec 10.
