WHOLESALE: TERMS + POLICIES

We're so glad that you're interested in becoming a stockist! Please read our terms and policies through carefully before placing your order, and be sure to fill out our Wholesale Application Form here if you haven't yet done so.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

Here's a quick list of the things you really need to know:

  • Our opening order minimum is $150
  • Our minimum for re-orders is $100
  • Quantity minimums are 6 per style for individual cards, and 4 per style for boxed "cardettes," art prints, and wrapping paper rolls.
  • Once you apply to be a stockist and are approved, you'll be given a wholesaler password. This password will apply a 50% wholesale discount to your order at checkout.
  • No forms, no looking up SKU's, no hassle at all, we hope! (Please note that prices will not reflect your wholesaler discount until you enter your code at check-out.)

BECOMING A RETAILER

To open a wholesale account, please complete the application on our Wholesale page. This allows us to add your contact information and ordering preferences to our system. We will look over your application right away, and be in touch soon!

If you are and approved stockist and are interested in knowing Wink Wink Paper Co.'s top selling items, please let us know and we will be happy to send you a list of our top cards, prints, and gift wraps, as well as our New & Noteworthy products.

ORDER MINIMUMS

$150 for opening orders.
$100 for re-orders.

PLACING AN ORDER

Once you've filled out our Wholesale Application, we will email you your wholesaler password. You will need this to shop online, or to shop using our catalog and wholesale order form. At this time, we will also ask you to provide us with your billing information, which we will use to charge your account for shipping costs later, when your order ships. (See "Shipping" for more information.)

Online Ordering: You can shop wholesale prices online by using your wholesaler password as a 50% off discount code at check-out. (Please note that prices will not reflect your wholesaler discount until you enter your code at check-out.)

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed. 

If you order online using your wholesaler password as your 50% off discount code, you will pay for your order immediately via credit card. Shipping charges will be invoiced to you electronically at the time your order is shipped.

If you order via phone, email, or otherwise, we will tally up the total cost of your order and send you an invoice. Payments can be made via pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB.) We will charge your on-file account upon approval of your invoice. 

suggested retail pricing

We suggest a retail price of around 50% higher than wholesale price for all of our paper goods.

Wrapping PaPer

Wrapping paper rolls normally have to ship in a separate container than the rest of your order, and may cost extra to ship. Keep in mind when ordering through the website that there may be extra shipping and handling costs when ordering wrapping paper, for which we will send you a separate invoice.

SHIPPING

If you place an order online, your shipping costs will be automatically added to your order. If you place an order via email, phone, or otherwise, you will be asked to pay the balance of your order before it is shipped. After the package is sent off, we will send you a link through which you can pay your shipping costs online.

All orders will ship via UPS Ground from our studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping.

Wink Wink Paper Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays. The retailer is responsible for covering any duties or customs fees for International orders.

TURNAROUND TIME

Once order payment has been submitted, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

If all items in your order are currently in stock, it may only take 1 week to process and ship your complete order. However, if the quantity of items needed to fill your order is not present in our inventory, we will need to submit an order to our local manufacturers. Standard cards (no gold foil) typically take 2-3 business days to arrive at our studio. Gold foil cards take 10-14 days. Art prints take 2-3 days. Wrapping paper takes 7-10 business days. Once your items arrive in our studio, we will package and ship them immediately.

If certain items in your order are back-ordered, we will let you know immediately when we expect to have them back in stock. Please let us know if you would like your in-stock items to ship right away, or if you would like us to wait to ship your order until your back-ordered items are ready.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations or reductions to an order will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Returns, incorrectly shipped items, and exchanges must be returned within a week of receiving your order. Once the returned item(s) arrive back at our studio, your refund will be issued via charge or pre-paid check (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

PACKAGING + DISPLAY

Individual cards are wrapped in cellophane and include one envelope (white, metallic gold, chartreuse, or kraft paper.) Boxed sets and "cardettes" are packaged in white paper boxes with a clear plastic top. Art prints are wrapped in cellophane and include a sturdy backing board. Products for retail will not include a belly band, so that our designs are visible to customers. All items include a small sticker with our brand name and web address. All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination.

We would be happy to make our recommendations for display methods, or send you our product photos via email. At this time, we do not supply our stockists with physical displays.
